Throughout her career, she has successfully managed complex international projects, coached Agile teams, advised senior stakeholders, and delivered business solutions across multicultural environments.
Driven by a passion for governance and continuous learning, she expanded her expertise beyond project management into cybersecurity, data protection, and AI regulation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in New Technology Law with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, and is certified in Cybersecurity (ISC²), Data Protection (DPO), NIS2 Compliance, Scrum, Project Management, and Professional Training.
Flaminia believes that effective cybersecurity is not solely a technical discipline — it is a matter of governance, leadership, and informed decision-making. Her work focuses on translating complex regulatory and technological challenges into practical strategies that executives, legal teams, and business leaders can confidently implement.
In addition to consulting, Flaminia designs and delivers executive education, corporate training, and keynote presentations on cybersecurity governance, AI regulation, NIS2, GDPR, and organizational resilience. As a multilingual professional fluent in Romanian, English, and French, she enjoys working with international organizations and building bridges between people, disciplines, and cultures.
